Dr. Mustafa Karaman is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of MCM. Dr. Karaman is professor of chemical engineering at Konya Technical University. Dr. Karaman received a B.S. and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University. He has been working on CVD of functional thin films since 2008.
